At Nameh, we're committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable online shopping experience. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
✅ Standard Size Orders (UAE Customers Only)
We proudly offer a 100% Quality Guarantee as all orders are handmade and produced specially for you once the order is confirmed. You can make a return request within 3 days of receiving your order. However, returns are only accepted if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We do not accept returns due to change of mind, including reasons related to size, fit, or personal preference. Please note that we do not offer exchanges currently.
If you receive an item with an issue, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos and a description of the problem including your order number, and we'll be happy to assist you. To place a return request email at help@nameh.ae
Return Process:
- Return request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Once we receive the item, it will be inspected. If approved, a refund will be processed accordingly.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
Return Conditions:
We reserve the right to decline a refund if:
- The return request is made after 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item is not received within 7 days of your return request.
- The item is not in its original condition, with tags removed or signs of wear/use.
Non-Returnable If:
- The return is due to a change of mind.
- The return request is made after 3 days of receiving the item.
- The item is not received by us within 7 days of your return request.
- The item is not in original condition (e.g., tags removed, worn, or used).
- No returns will be accepted on sale items, marked-down items, or personalized/custom-made products.

Exceptions:
In rare cases where an error is made by us, we will accept the return and cover shipping costs. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).

📝 Order Cancellation (UAE Customers Only)
As per UAE Consumer Protection Act, customers in UAE are entitled to a 'Cooling-Off Period' of 5 business days after placing an order.
How It Works:
- The Cooling-Off Period begins the first business day after receiving your email order confirmation.
- To cancel, please email us at help@nameh.ae with your order details.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within the 5-day Cooling-Off Period to be valid.
🛫 International Orders – Cancellation Policy
Please Note:
Due to customs procedures and international shipping logistics, we are unable to cancel international orders once they have been processed or shipped.
🕒 Cancellation Window
If you wish to cancel your international order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it. After this time, your order will be processed and can no longer be cancelled.

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items under the guidelines below. 🔁 Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be:
- In their original condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Items marked as Final Sale, custom-made, or personalized are non-returnable.
💸 Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees and any customs or import duties incurred during the return process.
- We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
📦 How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our support team at help@nameh.ae within 3 days of delivery with photos and description of the problem.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
💳 Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
- Shipping costs, customs duties, and any non-refundable fees will be deducted from the refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
❗ Important Notes
- We do not accept returns that are sent without prior approval.
- Exchanges are currently not available.
